The Hendrik

509 Pacific Street · Boerum Hill, Brooklyn · Condominium

Our take

The Hendrik was built to feel like it had always been on its Boerum Hill corner. The architect and developer picked its handmade gray Petersen brick in Denmark. Inside, it's all big, family-sized layouts with a full-service building behind them, which is rare at this scale in brownstone Brooklyn. We handled the sellout here and still know the building inside out.
